What is the investment criteria needed to start a franchise of Oxford Montessori preschool Pre School?
For Oxford Montessori minimum of INR 10-12 lakhs (set up cost) is needed and can go up to INR 1 Cr based on Location/City/Area.
When is the Franchise fee has to be paid?
Franchise fees to be paid upfront at the time of Agreement/Sign Up.
Is it necessary to own the property or can one even start on leased property?
Not necessary. You can have it at the rental premises too. The property/location/size has to be approved by the operation team by site feasibility survey.
How much area is needed to start a Oxford Montessori Pre School?
A minimum of 2000 sq. ft. is needed for setting up Oxford Montessori preschool and can go up to 10000 sq ft.
Any specific educational qualification needed to apply for franchise?
Not necessarily as the school will be run by an academic team with a sound experience of running preschools/formal schools. You must have a strong belief in quality education and commitment. Dealing with children requires lots of soft skills and business acumen which is a major plus point.
Can I convert my existing preschool to Oxford Montessori Pre School?
This is possible subject to the audit team review of the existing school/infrastructure/human resource/locality and size of the premise.
How do you help in HR/Operation and training needs?
We have detailed Academic and Operational manual and preschools are run as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). A regular HR/Recruitment/On and off-Center faculty training/Third party audits of training are some of the key areas.
Is training organized centrally/center specific?
Teacher training is mostly organized at the venue. In case of unavoidable circumstances, it can be organized at nearest center or corporate training center.
What is the tenure for franchise agreement?
Franchise agreement is valid for a period of 5 to 10 years depending on the business model/Investment criterion at the time of the agreement. Renewal is based on mutual understanding after review of the franchise center.
What is the setup time?
30-45 days would be required to set the school to be operational once the property is finalized.
Will you provide assistance in building infrastructure/plan?
Yes! our operation and design team is equipped to make changes/plans at no extra cost. In case there is a requirement for any external agency/construction/interior, it would be at extra cost if help is sought from our side.
How do we fix the fees?
Fees is fixed based on a survey of the market/competition/infrastructure and innovation. Operation team will suggest the fees with mutual consent. We provide critical decision-making inputs for long-term sustainability.
How do you assist a partner in marketing and branding?
Company has extensive National/International reach on Print/Video/ATL/BTL/Social Network (FB/Instagram/SEO) and specific Google support (adverts, display and re-marketing). Our operation teams also ensure local area marketing/branding on social media platforms at company cost as per need basis. A business partner has to do the promotions in the territory provided to them. There are lots of promotional materials (list with operation team) given at the time of opening the schools to create visibility and establishing the brand.
Do you charge royalty and at what percentage?
No We don’t charge royalty.
Can we buy materials required for the schools from the market or approved vendors of the company?
There are two sets of items. For one set of items, you need to buy from a company like Brain lab, fun zone and Montessori Lab. For the second set of items related to infrastructure, operation team will suggest buying from local market/vendors.
